How long does mixing or mastering usually take?
Most single-track jobs are returned within 2-4 business days. Multi-track projects can take longer depending on complexity and revision rounds.
How do I know if I need mastering or mix and master?
Choose Master Only when the balance already feels finished and you mainly need translation, loudness, width, and polish. Choose Mix and Master when vocals, low end, punch, or spatial balance still need shaping before final mastering. If you are unsure, contact support before checkout.
How many revisions are included?
1 free revision without subscription, 3 with subscription for standard service requests so you can reach the sound you want. Please bundle requested changes per round for the fastest turnaround.
What files should I submit?
For mixing, send WAV or AIFF stems at consistent length with no limiter on the master bus. For mastering, send your best pre-master WAV or AIFF plus reference tracks and notes. If you are unsure whether the files are ready, send the highest-quality exports you have and ask support before paying.
Do you use AI or presets on every song?
No. Requests are handled individually. Reference tracks, notes, and the state of the mix determine the path and the processing. The goal is to preserve the character of the record, not push every song through the same chain.
When do I pay?
Master Only and Mix and Master fixed-price single-song requests are collected during the submission flow. Project Bundle requests stay quote-based until scope is reviewed. If you need help choosing the right lane before payment, contact support first.
Can I bundle audio work with copyright registration?
Yes. You can add the copyright bundle during the mixing and mastering intake. Once the audio request is saved, we route you into discounted Standard copyright checkout so the release stays organized in one workflow.
